I agree with you about the chicken thing.

But, I think the Spokane story is about a 61 year old woman who was parking her car in the parking gargae, was inching forward and her front wheels caught an incline right before the edge, rolled her car forward and the guard rail did not stop her car fell five stories and she was killed. Her car could have landed on someone. That incline should not have been there and the structure of the rail should have been bult to keep a car from rolling off. Her car shouldn't have been able to roll right through it.

Actually what I said was what the woman's family is claiming. I don't know if it's quite true. It was in the big parking garage they built a few years ago that they're still trying to pay for... the big River Park Square one. The car fell about a block away from Boo Radley's.
