today I ate:
BREAKFAST: two slices of whole wheat bread (toasted. heh) with honey.
(I am trying to work up to eating bigger breakfasts)
LUNCH: scrambled eggs.
DINNER: a little chicken and a slice of pizza.
and I drank water all day.
