So...I send my laptop out to get fixed

I have trouble with UPS failing to deliver my package by not knocking on my door, meaning they attempted to deliver at the wrong address

I finally get my laptop back by driving all the way OUTSIDE of Texas HOUSTON to get to the UPS center an my laptop is actually WORSE than when I sent it in
