I have those experiences when my internet doesnt work. call a million times... most end up in india call center... they dont know anything most times ... well know things that are problems that are not in the manual as often troubleshooting problems. or they dont know the answer to questions cuz probably it was in basic training or in manual .... then i get transfered another dept or transfered to nothing... hang up... call again... sometimes i get transferred to a call center in america and my prob is solved quickly. --> seems like call centers here are more well trained or something
