Airmaster, The Third, Kino's Journey, uh... Pretty Cure in any of its incarnations (Pretty Cure and Max Heart go together, then Splash Star has new girls, then 5 has new girls) GO GO MAHO SHOUJOU OKAY YOU LOVE IT GO

Seconding the D.Gray-man thing; the anime's not actually bad, I just don't think it could stand up to the other epic ones out there.

Romeo and Juliet and Lucky Star look shiny? You could watch Death Note, Bleach, and Eureka Seven too, if you haven't already (stfu, I don't know D:). Nodame Cantabile seems to be good, and you might find Kekkaishi interesting, and possibly Air Gear too. Marchen Awakens Romance would be a good anime to see as well, but I'm not sure if you could find it anyway (other than dubbed on Cartoon Network).

Well, I watched EP 1 of D. Gray, quite a bit of DN and up to the fillers for Bleach of what I've seen already? Everything else you and everyone else has said I haven't seen though, so yeah, it helps.
