I think Judith would respect your attitude toward what you want out of a friendship a lot, be willing to go along with it, and not hold it against you where you differ from her. Though she's not much of a "minion" either....

I'm looking around at different characters, and I'm having a hard time finding one that fits well that hasn't already been said. I can see where Rutee works, Judith as well, but I think Judith compliments you more rather than reflects a similar attitude that I think Rutee would (methinks a relationship where people are allowed to learn about one another is better than having two of the same become friends and learn nothing new).
