Yup. Never put oil in the water for the noodles. A little salt, maybe some basil. Boil the noodles to al dente, drain and shock them under cold water (literally under the tap for less than two seconds, just enough to stop/slow residual cooking). Add them to a new bowl with about a tablespoon or two of olive oil and turn them to coat *lightly*.. won't stick together then, and will have just a hint of the oil flavor
