Regarding yesterday's fire, I'd like to ask for everyone's cooperation.
I will be taking official testimonies from the people that either were damaged in the incidents directly, or secondary sources, such as parents, or guardians who took care of the minors afterwards, as well as witnesses or anyone who was around ground zero, also referred to as the place the fires originated.
I also need to know if there were any known accomplices, or third parties aiding the fires. I have to add that if there are any third parties, to come forward, and your punishment will be much kinder than if I have to actually go chase after you ♥
Any information is appreciated, and it'll aid me put an end to this sooner.
