newbie kor question

I've got a sort of newbie~ish question here. I got this game today and started playing it. While I'm having a good time with it, I noticed something peculiar. More oft than not I end a random battles getting 0 gald. I looked through the instruction manual to see if there was a reason why this happens, but I didn't find anything

I'd like to know that too since a lot of battles I wasn't getting any gald.

Might just be that some battles you don't?

I think it's just some battles you don't. It was like that in the beginning of the game for my roommate and myself too, but some of the other battles more than make up for .t

Same here. I think it sort of makes sense though... why would random monsters in the wild being holding Gald? xD It does make it more difficult to afford new items though, although I guess that creates more incentive to synthesize.

It depends on where you are in the game. I didn't start getting gald either until I joined Marta after Richter left. Then, when I forgot to buy stuff, I had like 8,000 gald in the wind temple XD
