I like this part of your story, in that Obi-Wan is changing whether he likes it or not.

I was reading this again, and realized I'd never commented. @_@

I love how you're developing Obi-Wan. His lessons to Luke in the OT, "trust your feelings" seem to fit here; learning to understand what he really feels, and what to do about it, is so important.

Your Padme, on the other hand, seems very straight-forward about what she feels and knows. Whatever she's going to do next, it can't be good. It gave me chills reading her conversation with Obi-Wan.
