Something in the water?

I found out today that yet another person I went to school with is having a baby, that's a grand total of three so far. Which may not seem like a whole lot but it was only a year of 63 people and it wasn't that long ago! Look, I'm a lot older than you and I'm not pregnant. And neither is Carly. Or, for that matter, Cathy. In fact most people are older than you and most of them are not pregnant! Some of them may be male but that's beside the point. :D

Trust me, you'll be fine. I don't know anything about being a grown-up as I haven't actually started being one myself yet, but I'm reasonably sure it's overrated.

LOL. You totally missed the point there luvie. It's not that people older than me are or aren't pregnant, it that people who are the same age and have been out of school for as long as me are pregnant! :-D

If you announced tomorrow you were going to have a kiddyrat it would be all ok, she's married and not 20. So not weird. (I may think you were a bit of a nutter for wanting a kiddyrat but I'd throw a baby shower and buy baby Nike's cause face it, they're cute.) We never used to throw things at each other in design class in high school though ;-)

It's just weird tis all.

What can I say - a girl who went to year 7 with me got married at 17 (while still at school) and had a kid at 18. She was religious, though. But still, there's your counterexample. :D
