Nude art inspires action... mistahe April 12 2006, 04:02:13 UTC
Balance is the key to everything. Every time I introspect on what action I should take, or what my mindset should be, the answer that eludes me is always somewhere between the two excesses that I live.

i think we often put ourselves in the mindset of art or action. when i'm doing action i think i don't have time or the brainpower for art or creativity, whereas with art people feel like action taints it or draws it into things that water down it's purpose and meaning ( ... )

"I think people are the most amazing, beautiful and effective when they link the two, but it's a hard line to walk, and you get so much resistance from behind."

I think this is especially true in the music world; if someone wants to make a political statement they get criticized for being self-righteous/indulgent, and told they should stick to the music.

upsetting.

sorry for the inadvertant double-comment nudist subjects. that was just the most amusing art/action that i ever refused to allow happen.
