Just a hint, you can hide all those pictures via an LJ cut so they don't take up too much room on everyone's friend pages (and knock other posts off) :)

I didn't even post these via LJ that is why they all got dumped in one batch. I posted them via photobucket and it doesn't take you to LJ to edit the post. Am trying to get it under a cut now.

thanks! what a pain LJ can be sometimes. I don't even use the rich text editor anymore--it never worked right for me!

Gallipolis? Am I mixing clues? Sounds like you are in Ohio, as are so many of the authors that I like (madlori,mobody,vnapier,others?) I'm not, but should be, as you can guess by my name. Which one of these happy pirates are you??

Yes, mixing clues indeed. I actually am not one of the pirates pictured, those are friends of mine who are far braver than myself. I see you are in Texas and we share a mutual friend in fenlyn. Do tell how you know him.

Don't "know" fenlyn, just love her writing (not a her? sorry I messed up. Lynn could be either) I especially love Dead Horse Road, and also The Wind Rivers. I like Quicksilver too, just gutwrenchingly sad. Hope there's more and it gets easier.

Y'all looked SO incredibly cool! I can't believe how detailed some of those costumes were. I was hoping somebody would get these pics up soon! Thanks for sharing them.
