IA with everything you said. And, yeah, the romance was a bit much. Books always have more time for everything, so I didn't mind the romance in the book, but in the movie, as well done as it was, I really wished we'd had more of the actual plot.

I was really close to crying during the wand raising scene. It was something about Evanna Lynch's face during that scene. :(

YES, absolutely! That's exactly what made me cry!

I don't think it was the presence of romance that bothered me as the way they hit you over the head with R/Hr and the supreme awkwardness of some of the H/G scenes.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I loved this movie so much. Yes yes so pretty oh man. The coloring and the framing and the long swooping shots like with Ron and Lavender making out and then Draco all alone on the Astronomy Tower oh man. Ahhhh and that scene at the end, the longshot of Harry and Snape and Snape just throwing Harry back lakjf godddddd.

AHAHAHA, and in the scene where they kiss, where Ginny is nowhere in frame and Harry has this look of ecstasy on his face. WTFFFF.
