There are of course double standards, there are people involved after all. I do think people are magnifying them a bit though. Every major news outlet was calling this a terror attack after the first 12 hours or so. This seems to be about the same time period it took to call the London Bridge and Westminster attacks terrorism. It seems to be a UK thing that the cops don't say much for 12 to 24 hours, which isn't a horrible thing, and the respectable news outlets follow their lead. Of course, you do get a bunch of folks on the internet, which doesn't have a similar delay, asking why it's not being called a terror attack while the others, which have been fully investigated, are

I think the murder of Jo Cox can definitely be attributed to far-right terrorism, as well as the Finsbury Park mosque attack. (Though Jo Cox's murder is now 55 weeks ago, and therefore slightly outside your time line.)
Also, unlike most of the Muslim terrorists, who were young people hardly formed, the British anti-Muslim terrorists were fully-grown adults in their forties, who should have known better.
