Dude, I totally know what you mean (<--- as cliche as that sounds.) When I was a kid, my elementary school was next door to an old people's home and, like all stupid people, the administration thought it would be good community service to make us go sing there every year or do crafts with the old people. There was one old person there who didn't have a nose. She did have DEMENTIA though. The rumor was that she did have a prosthesis, but that she didn't like to wear it. It was the spookiest thing ever for an old woman, with NO NOSE (just holes in her face like a skeleton), to stand in the halls and scream obscenities while reaching for children and calling everyone "Judy."

Dude, she gave me nightmares for years.

But yes, no more coffin cancer.
