I'd move the text in the balloons away from the characters in panels 1 and 3. For example: ..."MARSHMALLOWS!" practically touches death's cloak. Move it a bit to the left (I know you put the text in the middle of the balloon, but the balloons aren't fully visible - that changes everything).

Otherwise, looks great.
