First night at the dairy barn!  My first shift starts at 7am!  *jumps into bed*
*runs back*  Oh, and apparently Cingular is the only carrier that gets decent reception in the dorms so I'll have to be finding the good spots real soon!  I think that's right after cleaning up the kitchen...

Verizon Wireless is the carrier with cell sites on campus right now, on Barton Hall and I think Donlon, so they're the ones that get decent reception in the dorms. Cingular has a "black hole" around north campus. Not sure how west campus does.

But, we're negotiating with Cingular to get some of their cells on campus, too, so the problem should get better, probably later this year. :-)

Yep, that's why I got Verizon. Unfortunately the dorms I'm moving into now are attached to the Dairy T&R barns out in Harford, where the situation is reversed. If I put my phone near the windows in the dorm then I get a single bar... out in the barns I get nothin'.
