Ah, if only Arthur had the guts to do this on the show. Apparantly he is canonically incapable of doing this however. *sigh* Nice bit of wish fulfilment!

His wonder about Merlin in his sleep and the amusing thought of Merlin actually seeming bigger somehow and Arthur bending down to check is pure gold, and very true to the feel of the series. I do think it's a little OOC that Arthur would be shuffling his feet and biting his lip. But it was very good overall. :o) I enjoyed it a lot.

Didn't you hear? I unlocked that broom closet and told it that it could come out because the author obviously DOESN'T KNOW HOW GOOD SHE IS. You're dialogue's not shit! You've scandalized me.

I totally understand that whole 'putting yourself in the character thing'. I see that in fics sometimes, and I sort of love (like I love your Arthur and Merlin). GO! Go write that Merlin fic that I know will be awesome and epic and brilliant.

Anyways, I certainly hope your dorm bed is big enough for you! If it's not, then there's no hope for me! I have like 5 inches and 20 pounds on you. :(

eeeeekkkk! you make too much of me! i'm not alltogether fantastic, i'm so much better when my bestie balances me out! you should check out our collaborative nanowrimo effort (we failed, but it's okay) . it's much better than the stuff i do on my own, i think. =)

am definitely trying on the merlin fic, I PROMISE. i've never actually written smut that wasn't anne boleyn/george boleyn smut when i was like fourteen. but i can try again, and maybe it'll work. victorian!arthur and merlin make me uber happy!

ohgosh, me too. i kept knocking my head! i bought my bedding today! it's all tealy-blue, and my grandmother made me a quilt (plus a matching lampshade???) that's teal, baby blue, cream, and brown, so i'm all matchy. *is happy*

really, though, you're too nice to me about the writing. but i appreciate it massively, dear. *squishes you*
