I have to second this. The place is a bit pricey but the ambiance is dim and close so it's perfect for romance or doing shady political deals. I rather like the place.

I love Bella Bella's. Excellent wine and food, and an really nice atmosphere.

Melting pot--for two probably about $60ish.

Heard good things about http://www.aprovence.com/ but haven't tried it. Looks pricey.

Shula's 347 is nice. Good food and dressy. Level 8 is also nice for a night cap
