So yesterday and last friday i think i seen close to 25 houses. Houses are really really really overpriced. I mean if these places where perfice. i could see the price.. but most are really run down..

The only place i really like is this one so far.

Have you kept track of how many houses you've looked at? I think we were above 100, if not more like 150.

If you haven't seen 100, I'd say trust your instincts: if you aren't immediately saying "oh WOW" in the first five to ten seconds, walk away.

If you have, well, hmm, then that's a different game you're in. :)

if you aren't immediately saying "oh WOW" .. You you dont mean.. Oh wow that a low beam... right? cause that happen usely 10 seconds i walk in to houses...

I only been our 2 days. so its about 25 now. the probly is it seems that mean avg of the houses around the areas i am looking are about 100k more then what i can spend. So there very few places that i get to look out.
