It's finally over

I received a letter from the archdiocese last week. I'll quote it here:

oh wow! can i say 'congratulations'?

I had a really rough time when my parents marriage was anulled - i kind of felt like since the marriage was null from the beginning that the three of us children were, well lessened in some way, especially since our parents were so big on curch and God, it was like we were non existant. i did get over it thankfully, and when i found out why my Dad had requested it it meant a lot more. He and my stepmom had been married by a justice of the peace in 1982 and they very much wanted to be married in the Church on thier 20th anniversary.

...and hope that you find what you seek in all areas of life :) I think I'm on my way. Nobody ever gets married thinking that someday, they will get divorced and annulled, but this is what I needed in my life right now ( ... )
