Another Day, Another Lions Loss

Dec 19, 2004 16:45

Yea, so the lions set an all-time low today, making a clutch drive down the field in the closing seconds just to mis-snap the extra point attempt and lose the game. It's wierd, I'm actually not upset about it. It was so ridiculously pathetic that it was actually comical...it was the perfect representation of this season.

PS. Roy Williams is a god

roy williams and the emerging kevin jones are the future of the lions. if harrington can just be more consistent (at having games like the one he just had, minus the 2 INTs) we are going to have an insanely promising future.

eddie drummond needs to come back now. i don't know how many more times i'm going to be able to watch reggie swinton return a kick and go down after the first hit.

swinton really does suck. you forgot to mention boss bailey and charles rogers. if we're healthy, we'll win 10 games next season atleast.

assuming rogers doesn't find some other way to be out for the whole season, yeah, we're going to have a great season. maybe not 10 games, 9 would be my prediction, but how amazing would it be for us to play at the super bowl when we host it.

2006 isn't it?
