we checked the movie listings here every week and never saw a listing for it...it must have come and gone a day if it was in princeton or anywhere else around here. i am DYING to see it. DYING, i tell you!! i guess i'll have to wait for dvd. i know i'll just weep from the beauty of those strange butterfly wings.

I only recently found out that the film existed. I immediately went to the website and fell in love. Obviously, I am dying to see it as well. Have you happened to see any footage from it? There are animated sequences which many people are livid over although I believe it works as a window to how Darger "saw it" in his mind. Just for your info...the DVD comes out in late June. :)

i've only seen some on ebert & roeper's show. it was definitely enough to spark my interest! i will calmly await the release of the dvd since i'm sure i missed my chance to see it in a theatre!
