Remembrance Day Art
Quick pic. Just something I felt like drawing for today, the 11th. MORE INFO AND PIC UNDER THE CUT, OUI OUI.
Of course there's poppies. Canada dressed up in the Canadian Forces Army dress uniform. Complete with beret badge and honors. I haven't drawn the rank on him though. Couldn't decide on it.
The war medals are the Victoria Cross and the France and Germany Star. For those who wanted to know. I could have put more, but I figured these would be the two big ones to include.
Also, it doesn't look much like Canada, because his hair is up, and not down. My reason for this, is that in the army, men aren't allowed hair longer than an inch. So it would feel wrong and I think kill the mood of the picture, for Canada to have his hair down.
I hope you all wore your poppies today, for those who do.
