I know it's sad, but fortunately Roskam is in the lead and as I stated what Bill O'Reilly said: Independents arent gonna turn out for this election, so Republicans have the heads up.

These are my own personal predictions. They didnt come from a website. Many wrote Burns off but he narrowed the gap, its a dead-heat in Montana. Bush rallied the troops in Montana and Kerry stuck his foot in his mouth. I predict the GOP holds the Montana seat ( ... )

I pray you are wrong about Baldacci. His popularity is so low, I don't know how he could win.

Well, he is in a Democrat-leaning state? Right? There are some blue states that will vote for the Democrat no matter how unpopular or incompetent they are like Michigan, Illnois, and California.

We are a Blue leaning state, but Baldacci has done such a bad job. I know many, many Dems that won't vote for him that voted for him in 2002.

But I guess we will only know on Wed :-)

I think the polls I've seen show Baldacci ahead but with under 50% and its still close. There's a chance if there's a good turnout to re-elect Olympia Snowe that the Republican can win on her coattails.

LOL Louisiana does not have any US Senate races this year and there Governor's race is in November 2007. I hope to God Louisianans give Kathleen Blanco the boot.

So do we! And isn't Mary Landreu in the US Senate race? I think I might be wrong.

Um she won her re-election bid 'NARROWLY' , 52% to 48% in a December 4th run-off against former state Treasurer Susan Haik Terrell (R). Landrieu is not up for re-election until the 2008 Presidential Election year. As a Democrat in the South, she's probably already got a huge target on her face by the National Republican Party.
