Basically that same thing happened to me for $0.19, on account (un-named). Your the only post on google about what was termed "RESERVE PENNY BALANCES" in the description transactions of the statement. It was not a fee or other deduction, so I'm in the process of requesting that the missing money be returned. Curious- how do you get 2.00, as in the title?

Heh. You don't actually get two dollars -- it's just a movie quote that I was reminded of by my quest for the return of a triflingly small amount of money. :D
