waiting to get my license back. 3 more days!! then i have to go find a job. i was thinking of applying to the county jail for a c/o position but i don't know what the prerequisits would be. do they want a degree, drug tests, what training is involved? anyone know? WiN? Jackie? i can't think of too many other places i's like to work, perhaps a woman

Depends on how strict they are. Sometimes all you have to be is deputized.

last time i checked PA county jails random drug tested...i didn't hear anything about any schooling...but you might have to go through training knowing PA. don't really know for sure because i opted to stay out of corrections when i left delaware. it's easy work, but it's nothing i'd tell anyone to make a career out of. besides, the customers at a fast food restraunt are nicer.
