man when i heard this on the radio i couldnt believe it. do people realize how they sound when they say these kinds of things? what am i saying, of course they don't. if you are referring to the same interview i think you are, that woman said a lot of stupid things.. like her response to the available buses not being used to transport victims was "They were under water" and the dude says "not for two days they werent" yeah she was dumb

1. ATM cards are handed out and the crimnal element that IS New Orleans begins scamming. *shocker*. So thats called quits *there always has to be a bad apple doesnt there?? though in this instance it appears its a bad orchard and a few good apples keep showing up but hey!! I don't live there, what do I know??*Debit cards. But that's like arguing over apples and oranges. People are scamming from all over. Anyone who can figure out an angle to scam money off of someone is doing it. There's websites all over the internet for this stuff. As I've explained to people before who didn't understand the shootings, rapes, and murders. Most of the people evacuated to the Superdome and rescued from their rooftops came from New Orleans East. New Orleans East does have some nice neighborhoods, but is predominately government-subsidzed housing. As someone who almost ended up in "the projects" for a period of my family's life, not all the people are bad there, but it's obvious that there's a bad element ( ... )
