Do it chica. I don't hate my fat self (or yours) but I will like my fat self a whole lot more when I'm not so fat. Or at least, fat and a lot healthier.
I keep (try to) a food journal in an excel spreadsheet. It's anal retentive. I highlight all "Bad choices" in red. Then I feel bad about the red. I'm trying to have less red. Damn that good chinese food.
