So tonight was Eric's 21st bday, so of course, we did the bar thing. Went to Friday's first and met up with a few people. Just thought I'd keep you guys updated, I had my surgery tuesday morning, and despite the fact that the aftermath was the most painful experience of my life, everything went well. My wrist now contains not only screws, pins, a plate, and wiring, but the surgeon also used bone grafts from a cadaver to replace that which I pretty much destroyed. Does ( Read more... )

So this year was our annual ski weekend, which I always joke about getting pretty roughed up on. Well this year apparently fate took me a LITTLE too seriously. Near the end of the second day Eric and I were out on the slopes, we went up to the top of the highest lift to try out the two runs we hadn't done yet.
