If I were keeping a food diary these days, it would look really strange. Today I had whole oats cooked overnight in milk (and sugar and cinnamon, but I don't know how much) for breakfast, 5 spinach nuggets and 3 hard boiled eggs for lunch, and 5 more spinach nuggets for dinner. Spinach nuggets? Spinach nuggets? I've never heard of such a thing. But mmmmm, now I want dark chocolate--who cares if it's six o'clock in the morning? :)

Good luck on exams! (And oh, man, talk about gaining weight, my physics buds keep going to greasy food places (burritos, pizza, hamburgers, etc) and I keep on being dumb and going with them instead of making nice, healthy sandwiches that won't make my belly feel bloated and disgusting. I've totally gained, like, 10 pounds this year. Why, Crysta, why?)

Hmm. Well, milk and eggs are cholesteroly foods; but that's more health than weight. Also, I can see how if you had enough oats, your body could convert the starches into simple sugars and then fat. Perhaps switch to soy milk, if you're concerned? Could also just be lack of physical activity, what with the studying all the time.

Hey, so are you graduating? What's the plan?

I was sad I didn't get to see you.
