So instead of taking those Mandarin courses or even trying to keep up on the basic Spanish that I know... I've decided to look into education elsewhere...
More specifically: the Culinary arts
I contemplating whether I should try to get one of those certs or just take a class. If I do go on with this... I'll take a class that I could use in a cert program just to see how it's like. This way, if I like it, I can continue.. If I don't.. then I just acquired some new knowledge. I know I wouldn't try to be a professional Fromager since I think I'll be encountering massive indigestion during my attempt.
