the night before last, the sub-warden of my res was murdered in her room. thats right down the passage from my room. She was stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend who she dated for about a year before breaking up with him sometime in the last few weeks. I dont know what to think. Its so messed up. the whole situation. i dont know what drives people

You're growing up, you know. You might not realise it but this entry is from a much more mature person than about a year ago. Fancy that! The murder was shocking and now everyone's sense of security is shot to ssst. it is a great pity

yeah, im alright. the whole thing kinda hit me on wednesday. yesterday was the memorial service, oh my word was i sobbing. Just hearing how her friends spoke about her. I wish we had something like that in judaism... where people get to talk about it and share their experiences. ya know... oh well. love u lots. tam
