The way I deal with when I get angry or upset now a days is to sit back and just think a little bit, think of either the situation or if it is too painful think of things that make you happy. Also great music is key I feel, I listen to Stan Bush and let myself just air out a bit. If that still doesn't work I might resort to a game to blow off some steam, or just somehting to cheer me up. Usually calming down and relaxing is the best way. Get lots of rest and spend some time alone doing some things that you enjoy like games or watching something you like or anything.
Maybe go for a walk, the cool breeze always makes me feel better just like talking to you helps -Goes Chibi (Hint Hint :))-
but seriously though, hm... i'm usually angry for a very short period of time, then i get sad. so i usually listen to sad/mellow music to calm myself down. and i also sleep. and talk to people. and maybe sometimes, if things are extreme, cry.

Also I drive around, sometimes it gets me out of that place so i can have a clearer head
