Fuckin' A! I'm stoked for some D&D. I'd be lying if I said I didn't mind about not finishing the big group campaign, but I understand where you're coming from, and that dissappointment is way overshadowed by the fact that you're excited about the game.

But I thought step one was "slit my throat."

Ah, well. Yeah, I look forward to playing. Any idea if you'll be sticking around for the weekend yet? If you could, it would, for a number of reasons, be more appreciated than you know. If you can't, though, I understand, and will see you probably in the summer.

Oh, now that I think of it, what're the odds of us continuing that one we started with Vicky and Chris? Y'know, the one where Chris and I were good and evil bards trying to influence the destiny of Vicky's aspiring young warrior? I think that one had a lot of potential.

But I'm open to new shit. The only thing about starting a new campaign that is any sort of bother for me is having to create and flesh out a new character, but, if the campaign turns out well, that's always rewarding in the end.

Incidentally, with what little DMing I've done, the tailoring of campaigns to players has generally been my approach as well. I don't know how well that's worked for me, but I'm sure it'll be killer with you at the helm.

Anyway, like I said before, I'll be home this weekend. If you're around, perhaps we could get together and discuss some stuff?
