I met with my neurologist who I last saw one year ago. At that time she ordered an MRI that revealed a herniated disc in my neck. I went to physical therapy for about 4 months

Sorry, that is poopy. You are at the shallow end of the gene pool when it comes to medical stuff. I hope your hairball medicine helps.
