I like Neil Young, though probably not as much as one is supposed to. Have you ever heard "After the Goldrush"? If all his albums were as consistently strong as that one, I'd say he lived up to his reputation.

I've never actually heard any full Neil Young album. The album they'll be studying next is "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere", an earlier one from what I gather. Maybe you can tell me what I'm not getting here.

I like that album, too! (And I think it was only his second.) I dunno, he just projects such sincerity of emotion. And I guess, to be honest, I like the fact that he always sounds so sad. 'Cause I empathize, ya know.
