Well yesterday was the first day of me driving by myself and two things happened: 1) I collected about 7000kg of garbage in 14 blocks; and 2) i ended up getting a minor case of heat stroke, all i did last night was pretty much sleep and now today i get dizzy when i sit up or stand.

drink whatever sport drinks you have up there will help, but your heat tolerance will always be diminished now.
