A. Last time I checked, the Constitution overruled any treaty.

B. Have you even read that treaty? I don't seen anything in a quick scan that has any language like that.

Yeah, I looked over the treaty and I can't find anything that says that either. Dunno who wrote it or where they got that from.

Just thought that was interesting.

The email was funny, but that little tidbit didn't sound right to me.
