Strep A pneumonia?! Girl, you are lucky to be alive. Not to be morbid or anything.

Did you wait too long to get treatment, or did you have that really vicious type that literally sneaks up on you and knocks you down before you realize it?

I contracted it during a final exam, sitting in front of someone who died from it, and I was completely ill in twenty-four hours. It was fast. I know I'm lucky to be alive, that stuff is horrible.

In the many moons that I worked healthcare, I saw a lot of people succumb to Strep A infections. Nasty piece of work Strep A.
