The surgery went swimmingly, and my reaction to the anethesia wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. Thanks to all who sent well wishes!

Really glad to hear it. Someday I need to figure out when/if I'm going to need shoulder surgery.

Thanks! If you need a doctor, let me know. The guy who did my knee does shoulders too and I think he's one of the best in Chicagoland (he frequently does surgeries for the Bears too).
