Off to the doctor I went!

Now for what went down today. Last week I found a couple of lumps in my right breast so I called for an appointment to have it looked at. It's nothing majorly serious. She said I have something called Fibrocystic breast disease. Mainly I have to lay off caffiene and just take tylenol when it gets to hurting really badly. I'm going to go in January

Insurance is a nice things, and I'nm glad you went to get it checked. Caffine should be easy to lay off. I myself stay away from coffee(sp?) and sodas, and actually that is a good way to lose weight. I also found I feel healthy and have MORE energy without caffine.

my mom and sis have Fibrocystic boobies too. it's really common actually. no need to worry. but do get it checked on every now and then. :)
