Mac users who FTP

Can anyone suggest a good FTP program for mac users? Something super fast and reliable, doesn't have to be free. We're going to be transfering up to 4 gigs at a time.

At home, I use Cyberduck, which is reliable and free, but not the fastest thing in the world (though it's not slow). At work, I used Fetch, which is (I think) only $25 bucks and super-fast.

I've used Fetch and Fugu in the work environment and both work great.
