So..why is it that whenever I have to have work done on my apartment...they have to do it at 9 AM. They KNOW I work nights...yet they INSIST on showing up at the ass-crack of dawn...rousting me from my nice (or even bad) dreams..and putzing about for hours

The landscapers make lots of racket at the ass crack of dawn around my house every monday and tuesday. Damm them! I feel your pain...curse anyone who interrupts sleepy time!
