He's not in Tampa, but a friend of mine here on LJ does websites. hilltop He does them for businesses and personal. I'm pretty sure I read he's even hosting now as well. Anyway, maybe that helps.
My friend Angel does websites on Wordpress. She did the redesign on my site (http://www.skajawills.com), and it turned out so well I'm having her do a redesign on a friend's music site that I'm hosting.
