Just rigged the parent's generator up to the house where you would normally plug the drier in. That way when we lose power, all you have to do it flip the main breaker off and power will back-feed into the circuit panel and energize the house. Should be able to run everything except the A/C. Electricity is Fun!

Still no plywood. I took an inventory at the shop, and I can cover some windows in apinch with shit in there. If I take anyting, I'll replace it.

I fully need 8 sheets of 1/4 inch plywood to do al of my windows. So far, no dice. Wish me luck ...

Have at it. All that scrap is worth 2 full sheets as far I am concerned. I'd rather have full sheets than scrap, and really the next show that is a major build is Boys. If anything you would be do me a favor by helping clean out the shop.

All set.

I went to Peninsular Lumber. Only waited an hour. They ran out of plywood less than 3/4 in (at $40 a pop) before I got in, but I got 1/2 inch exterior LP Siding, which should do. We're just talking about hopefuly stopping FOD to my windows anyway. If The Big One is coming, my 79 year old house is probably toast anyhow.
