Log;

Watching Haruka yet again move - rather effortlessly - past him and stop elegantly in his home-made end zone, the ball dropping to the ground so slowly that it, too, had to be mocking him, Seiya realised he'd just been beat in his own game. By Tenou Haruka, of all people.

He couldn't believe it. Seiya never lost in sports - not when he was playing for real, that was. Not to mention that if he had known that woman would score more touchdowns than he'd done in his entire time playing for the team at Odango's high school, he wouldn't have promised to tell her about his connection to her Princess.

Oh, how he hated losing.

Walking over to the blonde and picking the ball up, he weighed it in his hands, carefully not looking at her. He really hadn't imagined she would be able to beat him at American football - and now when she had, the promise he'd made felt like one of Sailor Star Fighter's attacks gone wrong. Finally, after a moment of tense silence, he gave up on keeping his aggravation at bay, kicking the ball a good 150 feet away with an unrestrained shout of annoyance. With the built up irritation out of his system, he turned to the tall woman and crossed his arms over his chest, not letting her victorious smirk get to him.

"Well, Haruka-san," he said, not even trying to sound polite - it wasn't as if she was all that polite either. Tch, why she was so special to Odango, he would never understand. At least Michiru had manners and some sort of charm, even if a mysterious one. Haruka was just irritating, at least if you asked Seiya. She had mingled in business not her own and tried keeping Odango and him away from each other.

No, Seiya didn't like Haruka at all and losing to her in his favourite sport didn't help things.

"That was quite some strength you showed there, huh?" he noted, his voice dark, clearly mocking her, even though the words themselves were praising. He remembered their first meeting; Haruka's stony silence and her fist that had suddenly shot forward, aiming for his solar plexus. "And speed too," he added as an afterthought, his eyes narrowed.

Get out, she'd told him.

Later, when their real identities had been revealed and the Outer Senshi had carried out what they considered their mission their duty, he had really wanted to tell her the very same thing.

No, Seiya didn't owe Tenou Haruka the truth. Not the Haruka from his own time and not this Haruka either. He didn't owe her anything.
