Summary; The biggest storm you've ever seen has just broken out across the City. Water everywhere. But don't worry, if you were at the construction site chances are you're on the boat so it's time to get cozy with your neighbors in your new home. Who's 'in charge' you wonder? Well tharheblows is--as your arkmaster, captain, and host. He's steering that ship into safety for all of you and has only one thing to say to those who've chosen to stay behind in the City: SUCKAS
