the biggest problem with that movie was that they left out the part about charlie and his grandpa stealing the fizzy lifting drink and apologizing later...that was the ultimate defining moment of the old one, the scene that sets charlie apart from the brats...i guess it wasn't in the book, but nobody read that and everyone was sad.
